The chart below illustrates the normal transit times (in business days) for GROUND DELIVERY from our warehouse: Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. For example: You ship a package on Friday that takes 2 business days to arrive. You do not count the day you ship as a business day, so your package would arrive on Tuesday, the second business day after the ship date.

If shipping out of US we can only claim value stated on sales receipt. Please note that we are not responsible for any tax, duty or fee imposed by customs. We are unable to remove price tags from purchase as the item is new.

Duties:
We do not collect any International Import duties or taxes from you. However, you may or may not have to pay an import duty to your local government. Please contact your country's local authorities for duty rates and accurate answers.
Return Policy:
All watches purchased from Essence Watch, LLC may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery in their original, unused condition with all the plastic protectors and tags intact for a full refund less shipping and handling (minimum $10 for watches). Credit will be issued in the same form as payment received.
If you are purchasing a watch as a gift and you are in need of an extension, please contact us prior to ordering.
All of our watches are brand new and are inspected before shipping. When you receive your purchase, please check to make sure that it is in perfect working condition before wearing or removing any tags or protective wrappers. Once a watch has had its tags removed or has been worn or sized (unless it is done so by us), it cannot be returned. If, after wearing or sizing your watch, you notice a problem, please contact the manufacturer or us (depending on the brand) to have your purchase serviced under the warranty. We cannot accept the return of any watch that has been worn or sized under the premise that it was received that way. It is the buyers responsibility to inspect the item upon receipt to ensure that it is in perfect working condition before wearing.
*Special orders cannot be returned for refund. They may be returned for exchange or store credit.
Return Procedures:
1. Contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Put the RMA # on your invoice/packing slip and on the outside of the shipping box (not the watch box). Mail your invoice/packing slip with your watch to us.
Returns should be shipped via prepaid insured traceable delivery. Remember, until the package reaches our facility, you are liable for it should it get lost or damaged during transit. All shipping and handling costs in connection with returns are the responsibility of the customer. Any gift with purchase must be returned as well.
All returns and exchanges are subject to an inspection by our return department to ensure that the watch is unworn and retains its original tags, plastic protectors, box and manual before we process your return or exchange request.
Please allow one week after your return is received for the refund or exchange to be processed. Please allow 2 week for your return to be processed during the holiday season.
